Reroll Steps:
Select Guest Account, skip cutscene till Hugo Talks, turn on airplane mode, turn off airplane mode, the tutorial is skipped, click on the envelope, accept scrolls, roll 4 10x and hope for DaVinci, Hua Tuo, and or Octavius. At worst get DaVinci and Hua Tuo and buy something for 1 to get the Octavius packages. If you dont get what you are looking for, click on your profile to go to settings, click on the gear, then manage, then bind account. Type in whatever you want and a dummy email and hit confirm. Click on switch account then click on Guest account again to restart the process.
If you get an account you want, bind the account to info you can remember and you are all set.
