Dear friends and followers, and especially flight students, welcome back to my channel, todays video will give you some vital advice on how to approach the airline assessment. The assessment excludes the screening (flying in the simulator), thats a whole other video. Today well primarily concentrate on the applying and assessment part.
Ill cover some basic topics on how to apply to an airline, what psychometric test look like and what questions to expect during the interview part of the assessment. Also, Ill briefly mention what its all about in the group exercise.
Please make some notes whilst watching this video, as it will help you prepare for your airline assessment. This video is for both, pilot cadets and ready-entry pilots, with the exception there are lesser aviation theory question if you apply as a cadet. But please be aware this can vary from country to country and airline. But in general, if you stick to my 10 hacks, youll know what the dos and donts are in preparation for your assessment.

I personally know the Skytest boys and I highly recommend to check out their website and software. The have aptitude and psychometric tests for various airlines. With their software Ive never failed any of the those fierce tests.
