2023 OSRS Halloween Event Explained Rewards Old School RuneScape

Welcome to my quick and easy 2023 Halloween Event guide for Old School RuneScape (OSRS) plus looking at the new item rewards for this year. This years event is exactly the same as last years event. This years new rewards are Cobweb Cape, Spider Hat (with 4 style variants, and the /”Trick/” emote.
