[3.24] Reliquary Scarab of Vision – The Nameless Seer – Very High Chance at T0 Uniques?

The Reliquary Scarab of Vision is a new scarab in 3.24 that is extremely rare as I have only gotten 1/5,000 so far. The scarab creates a vendor in the map where you can pick a single unique to have for free. I happened to get Bino’s, which is a T0 unique making me think there is extremely high chances to see T1 or T0 uniques from this scarab. Makes sense based on its rarity.
