CDR on weapon is doubled, so it’s important you get T0 CDR in order to eventually make the swap to Steel Vanguard instead of Warlock.
If you are purchasing a staff to craft, look at Staffs with 5 Spell Level and 49% CDR to start with.
You are on Warlock until you get enough CDR to move to Steel Vanguard for more damage. You will need to be testing your CDR totals to ensure you’re getting at least 12 ticks in a row without any hitches.
To start the build you need the frost memory and the chest. Exquisite box after, then winter of origin.
After that it’s wep and all of the levels you can possibly get.
