A Day Sutan was Absent From School Autumn Japanese Baking Recipe

When you were a little, didn’t you feel something special when you were absent from one day of school? But for poor Sutan, who had to be absent a week of school and was not allowed to go outside to play despite feeling good, we baked a cake together using sweet potatoes, which are in season. I also had a week when Sutan was home and I couldn’t work at all, but I gave up working and spent it with her. Give it a try making a cake that feels like fall!
Ingredients
Sweet Potato Cheese Tart

200g Biscuit
3 eggs
200g Cream cheese
50g Sugar
Sweet potato cream
400g Sweet potatoes
200ml Milk
3tbs Sugar
