The Bloodline is a super-ambitious open-world RPG that has a huge variety of STUFF already, and a great grasp of the fundamentals of memorable open-world design. The skill system is awesome, combat and magic are fun to use, the the details in effects, animations, and ragdolls add a lot to the satisfaction. The scale is impressive, and there are plenty of other elements to sink time into, like gathering mini-games, crafting, alchemy, and even kingdom building. It has a good start to being an indie hit, I’m excited to see where it goes from here.
