and in this balance update we finally get recongition on few chars, and also get alotta nerfs, for example: Rob Lucci Majin vegeta Goku Black Madara Mob Tatsumaki and Kisame nerfs were crazy, dio nerfs were expected, pucci nerfs werent expected
