Across the Obelisk Character Tier List for 1.1/The Wolf Wars

NOTE – I didn’t hear the static before uploading it but yeah that is definitely bad and grating in the video… Feel free to skip to the end and then comment how bad the tier list is below 🙂

Context of the tier-list being all modes/all madness levels and assuming well piloted play for every hero. I also count both builds in the equation so that’s why Sylvie/Malukah/Nez might be lower than you’d think. All tiers are equal and in no order for characters.
