This new video involved a significantly more in-depth research process whereby we started from scratch and revisited every game previously covered, in addition to the new titles, in hopes that no stones were left unturned this time around. The idea behind this project was to create an informative and entertaining video that highlights how much effort was put into including so many historical figures within this franchise – and perhaps inspire some viewers to do their own reading in hopes of learning more! With that said, this video will not be monetized.
As stated in the introduction, over two thousand in-game characters across fourteen Main Series titles were researched to develop this comprehensive list. The video is split into fourteen individual sections (one per game) with an overall counter at the bottom right tracking how many historical figures have appeared in the franchise. Time-stamps for each section will be provided below in case viewers are only interested in particular games.
Our original video from seven years ago identified 92 historical figures appearing between the first Assassin’s Creed game and Assassin’s Creed Freedom Cry. Let’s see how many more we found this time around!
