A quick video to show ALL the keycard spawns in Ghosts of Tabor to help you find loads of purple and orange keycards to add to your collection. Apart from the static spawns, keycards can spawn in nearly any base loot container with a very low chance. But the spawns shown in the video are much higher chance, likely 5%-10%.
