To achieve bad outcomes, you either let Ashley guard the parents, or have Andrew do that but have him accept his parents deal later, the outcome will differ if your gun has ammo or not as you have used the gun to shoot the hitman before.
To get sane outcome and incest outcome, you must have Andrew guard the parents, then have him decline his parents deal. During the dream sequence where Ashley can choose 1 from 2 doors to go after solving the puzzle, the door on the right will result in sane outcome while the one on the left will be incest outcome, you also must choose /”never say never/” in the conversation between Andrew and Ashley after they wake up to activate the /”positive/” dialogues and scenes at the end of the game.
