Atom Rpg secret way to kill any NPC with ciggy, how to get them , best way to get gear

NOTE: The merchant in KPZ near the boat, the one with the milk bottles on display curently has 72 ciggy for me now so i guess he is the only merchant who a lot of ciggys:) And i have found soldiers who take more than 60 ciggys to kill:)
