In Arkham City, behind the Monarch Theatre you can find the Crime Alley, the spot where Bruce Wayne’s parents died.

Here you can pay your respects, and on the floor you’ll find a tape that Hugo Strange has left to Batman together with a message that says:

/”It will end where it began. – Hugo Strange/”
