If you want the short answer if you are using a Exotic Primary then are you on a Void subclass? If The answer is yes use graviton Lance, if the answer is no use outbreak perfected. If you are using a exotic heavy and you want to use a legendary pulse rifle then make sure it is kinetic tremors/ vorpal minimum.
Any other legendary pulse rifles you use in end game PVE are terrible even Battler, I’m sorry its the truth, if you use grid skipper in PVE I will name and shame ya ;).
