Blasphemous 2: "This Is Blasphemy" trophy, 250 damage in one hit

Veredicto fully upgraded preferred, or at least relevant damage up upgrades. Make sure you drink all the flashs, don’t have any guilt, and that you are at max HP (don’t get hit) – these all are required for the damage boosts.
