04. SOMETHING ABOUT HIM

hey hello everyone sorry if i was gone for a few weeks, i actually finished this house last monday so i couldn’t really post on the previous weekend, anyways, this has to be one of my favorite industrial modern-looking houses, the custom decals that i added through the whole house make it look really realistic, and i also did this custom floor tiling which i adore

also, this office with the hanging chair has to be one of the cutest rooms i’ve ever made

the value is 500k for the house only, and it goes up to 900k when you add the whole landscaping with the water, also keep in mind you can lower the price by not adding custom decal plants or if you don’t do the floor tiling
