WELCOME to the MHC House Build. This is the 9th episode of how we are self building our off gird house start to finish. After removing all the forms and seeing the concrete for first time, it was the time to finish another phase of the project, dug huge trench to release the water from the sunken living room, insulated the grade beams and added a vapor barrier, finished the plumbing and filled and compacted the whole structure with gravel.
