Can Paul Beat Every Pokemon Champion?

Today I’m going to Beat Every Pokemon Champion as Paul

That means going from Gen 1 Pokémon Red and Blue all the way to Gen 9 Pokémon scarlet and violet as Paul and only Using Pauls Pokémon
And Yes we will use Pauls vs Ash Pokemon!

Can we do this Pokemon Challenge with just Pauls Pokemon?
