0:00 – Located in Rohlan fields. Right outside of Farnsport. Don’t face them early on. I recommend after getting your 2nd class emblem. And before heading the Purple Flame Temple. You can find him north of the blue teleport crystal. You’ll see him where the fences are. He’s quite big so you can’t miss him.
Pre-requisites: Have some snacks and angel wings just in case.
Tips: Tak the Yak has item. So use Sienna to steal a Yak horn lol. I did this before the battle and escaped so I don’t need to waste her first turn. You can escape by using the LB button twice for Xbox controllers.
Make sure to have your ultra move(UM) bar filled. Glenn’s UM or Sienna’s UM can be really useful here. More so Glenn’s UM since he can reduce their attack. And boy does Yak hit hard. If the overdrive meter is in the red he can deal over 50% of your health. So take care to keep inside the green bar. Debuff with Glenn armor break, bleed and poison him if you can. And keep on damaging him. Make sure to have the class emblem cleric. I equipped it on Victor for heals so the rest can focus on damage. Heal all will be SUPER useful here.
Overall, a bit more tougher than Leaping the Frog, since this one has more health. But doable. Just remember to keep stacking poison/bleed and armor break with Glenn. Kylian’s leg aim can be useful as well.
