Chained Echoes – Where to Recruit Fridolyn (Hermit's Isle Recruitment)

Recruiting Fridolyn requires reaching Clan Rank 3, and you also need to reach Act 4, AND also need to fully complete the quest A Little Vacation. Fridolyn can be found on a beach just south of the Arkant Archipelago on the world map. This area will be accessible as long as you have finished A Little Vacation.
