Chained Echoes – Where to Recruit Jack (Hermit's Isle Recruitment)

Recruiting Jack requires reaching Clan Rank 3, and you also need to reach Act 4. Jack can be found just north of the Teleport Crystal at the Camp in Fiorwoods. Ensure you also grab the Rusty Rifle in the chest from the area that he cleared!
