Arthur is running around Valentine giving out chest bumps to everyone he sees. His chest bumps are quite powerful and he knocks over one of the fine citizens of Valentine. The Gentlemen calls Arthur a moron so Arthur doubles back for a second chest bump that sends the man flying into a horse in Red Dead Redemption 2.
