Chill Ball lightning NMD100, lilith【Diablo 4 Season2】

still WIP, inspired by chill arc lasher.
we need to cap resistance(70%) and armor(13350) for NMD100 so defensive paragon gear setup.
BL damage is stupidly high so we dont need to focus dps.
If you have great gears, you dont need to put armor legendary on amulet.
sometimes still oneshotted by ballistas or wraith.
Sanguine Brace(Vampiric Power) is better in some situations.
