Chrono Trigger – lofi/chill mix 3
The third in my series of playlists featuring some of my favorite Chrono Trigger lofi remixes from across the platform. This OST lends so well to lofi, and I love all the unique vibes every artist brings to the table in this mix! It makes for a very fun experience, I do say.

This video features the album /”Chrono Vibes/” from GILL Studio. Check it out!

ARTIST CREDITS:
Coming soon! I have a lot on my plate at the moment but I WILL be sure to link all these wonderful artists in the future.

Timestamps:
0:00 – Green Memories (Chrono Vibes)
I think the reason I adore this album so much is not just the lofi vibes, but the nature-y ones too. Lofi mixes like this are so good for nature walks.
4:13 – Corridors of Time (NyxTheShield)
I think we can agree this is a very professional and well-done mix. Not that the others aren’t professional, just that this one really catches you by surprise by how well done it is.
7:59 – Wind Scene (MullahNin)
The reverb on this really works well, huh?
10:46 – Frog’s Theme (KiR)
Sampling TPR’s Frog Theme remix was such a genius move. KiR pulls in all these samples yet still makes something incredibly original. This is why I love lofi remixers.
13:34 – Secret of the Forest (KÆRI)
Zohar’s piano arrangement sure sounds good like this, doesn’t it?
16:17 – Schala’s Theme (Chrono Vibes)
The piano and harmonica is an instrument combination you wouldn’t expect, yet it fits perfectly!
19:25 – That Time (Keepiticy)
I believe this remix is meant to make Corridors of Time in the style of another artist… That’s so cool!
23:44 – Singing Mountain (Sabutage)
Bringing Singing Mountain to lofi is a move that no one will regret.
26:32 – At the Bottom of the Night (Juicy Mane & Luminare)
Luminare’s Schala’s Theme is one of my favorites. Maybe this will be another!
29:52 – Chill Mornings to Light Your Suns To (pressxtv)
Honestly one of my absolute favorite remixes. This is so chill, so perfect, so incredibly done. I adore this.
31:56 – Secret of the Forest (Chrono Vibes)
This and Memories of Green are so perfect for nature-y lofis, no wonder GILL Studio chose those two tracks to be part of his album!
35:38 – Oyasumi (Tsukihiko)
I really love how this takes such a short melody and plays with it, turning it into such a cool track!
37:46 – Castle Rain (StylezT10 & Oblivion)
The samples of the Zelda /”Fairy Fountain/” theme are so cool! It fits together very well.
39:59 – Schala’s Theme (Ansen Beats)
One of the most beautiful takes on Schala’s Theme ever.
43:30 – Green Memories (MODULOFI)
MODUZEN does a great job sampling the originals and other remixes while making something fresh and original out of them. Excellent work!
46:37 – Secret of the Forest (Æther Studio)
I really love it when remixers take the original track, sample it, and change it up. Some people just slow down a track and call it /”lofi/”. Yet others like Æther Studio make mixes that absolutely knock those /”lofi/” slowdowns out of the park.
51:19 – Future (walley)
Yep, that’s where the intro to that one CT lofi mix comes from with the Metal Gear sounds!
53:07 – Corridors of Time (Chrono Vibes)
Did I tell you to check out Chrono Vibes yet? Because this is proof you should.
56:46 – Schala’s Theme with Medieval Instruments (Gamba Geek)
Somehow the lofi with medieval instruments fits Schala’s Theme perfectly.
1:00:07 – Secret of the Forest (bsd.u)
I’m so so happy lofi remixers appreciate the awesomeness of Zohar’s piano arrange.
1:01:36 – Epilogue (Sabutage)
Sabutage’s other Epilogue remix! Picking a favorite Sabutage remix would be like picking a favorite child. They’re all sooo good!
