Community Ambassadors are exciting new volunteer roles that help connect residents to their housing association landlord and bring about positive social and physical change to the area. The role has been co-designed with residents – it doesn’t have to take up much time and is about supporting residents who care about the place they live to improve communal areas and bring improvements to help local communities.
