We’re looking at Disco Elysium and digging into its skill system. Disco Elysium does a lot of things really well, but how it gives a voice to the Protagonist’s skills is what we are exploring.

When it comes to skills based learning at work, we’re often taught what a skill is, and how to unleash it. When was the last time we were asked, what does it sound like, what is its Persona?

When it comes to teaching new skills to people, how can we differentiate them in a Learner’s mind, and how can we teach them how to use them better?
