After learning Materia Fusion and going to the Director’s Office, the assault on Shinra Building will begin. During the elevator ride choose “Get off and look around”. Then save the 3 people on the SOLDIER floor (2 in the hallway, 1 in Training Room). Go back to the elevator and choose /”Head to the entrance right away/
