Even if you make it through the initial test, you are never done taking PT tests! As a Pararescueman, to do a PT test every 18 months, on top of the yearly Air Force PT test, not to mention the weekly tests we did while at selection. It comes down to the hard work you put in the months before and how you can optimize your performance with the tools I discuss in this video.
