Heavy Turret: blueprint is dropped by the Slashers.
Powerful Grenade: blueprint is dropped by the Bombardiers.
[Mutation] Necromancy: standard unlocked.
[Mutation] Spite: blueprint between the Toxic Sewers transition level from the Prisoner’ Quarters.
[Mutation] Emergency Triage: blueprint dropped by the Time Keeper after the 6th Kill.
[Mutation] Dead Inside: standard unlocked.
[Mutation] Acceptance: this requires you to get the moonflower keys on 3 boss cells to open the doors in the High Peak Castle what holds the blueprint.
