There are a total of 12 Marker Fragments to find in the Dead Space Remake. The Marker Fragments can only be found in New Game they do not appear in normal playthroughs!
Once you find all 12, you need to place them in a specific room in the Crew Quarters. Once you have done that, simply complete the game to get the alternate ending and the /”Reunion/” trophy / achievement for seeing the alternate ending on any difficulty.
