Dead Space Remake has 324 Collectibles Locations (188 Logs, 67 Nodes, 13 Schematics, 12 Marker Fragments, 3 Side Missions, 9 Weapons, 21 Weapon Upgrades, 6 Suit Upgrades, 5 Chapter-specific Trophies). Finding all of them unlocks the following Trophies & Achievements:

– Legend Teller (Collect 150 Logs)
– Merchant (Collect all Schematics)
– Full Arsenal (Own every weapon in the game)
– Built To Order (Install every weapon upgrade)
– Maxed Out (Fully upgrade all weapons and equipment)
– Full Clearance, Final Regeneration, Whole Again (Side Quests)
– Reunion (12 Marker Fragments for Secret Ending in New Game Plus)

The collectibles in the PS5 Remake version are different from the PS3 version. There are some completely new ones and some old ones have changed locations. This guide is updated for the PS5 Remake.

All Collectibles are shown when they first become available and when the story takes you to their area. You can still free-roam before the Point of No Return at the end of Chapter 11 and get most of the collectibles then. The fully missables ones are everything in Chapter 9 which can’t be revisted and the action-dependent logs throughout the story that only trigger when doing certain actions at specific story points. Everything carries over into New Game Plus, allowing you to finish remaining collectibles. The Fragment Markers are exclusive to New Game Plus and don’t spawn on the first playthrough, they are needed for the alternative ending. You can find 67 Nodes per playthrough but it takes 189 to buy all upgrades for Maxed Out trophy, you will need to get them again in New Game Plus and buy the rest from the store with credits. About 100 logs come automatically from story progress via audio calls and video calls from teammates (unmissable), those are shown at the end of the chapter so you can compare with your in-game menu. Only 150 of 188 logs are needed, you can skip any 38.

By following this guide you will also complete the Side Missions (all objectives shown) and earn the Chapter-specific Trophies.
