Rip off a dangling limb using Kinesis.
The best weapon to use for this trophy is the Pulse Rifle.
The Plasma Cutter ends up taking the limp right off 9 times out of 10.
The Coolant Pipelines Room in the Medical Area of Chapter 2 is a good place to get this trophy.
Use Kinesis to slow the enemy down and then use the Pulse Rifle to shoot the limb until it is dangling. The window of opportunity is short before the limb hits the ground, so as soon as you see the limb dangling, quickly pull it off using kinesis. The trophy will then show up.
