It doesn’t matter on Stats at all, only Lucky Hit is needed to build it.
You can easily Clear Nightmare Dungeons 20 Levels and above and this build can carry you to Level 100 easily within 10-15 Hours.
We use Ice Shards, Ice Shards & Frozen Orb Enchantment, High Attack Speed and Infinite Mana, thats pretty much it 😉
