Drafting for Obelisk Mode and Weekly, A detailed guide for all characters in Across the Obelisk.

This was meant to be a /”quick/” and easy video until my voice/body recovered but it turned out being 40 minutes long! Included are quick tips for drafting for each class and power cards to go for in the current 1.0 version of the game. The devs have stated 1.1 will bring a lot of changes to how the draft works but here is what I’ve come up with as good packs to go for with each class and why. I also included a sample fight and show how using the Restart Combat button can really change the outcome of a fight if you choose to play that way. (Typically I’m an /”ironman/” player but the puzzle of figuring out a fight is quite fun)

Warriors: Warlord Packs for Stockade and Barbed Wires. Commander for Battle Plan/Battle Shout/Push Forward/Throw Bolas/Helping Hand. Guardian for Stockade and Defender for Entrench/Repair Armor
Perks
Magnus – Slow and Vuln
Heiner – Block
Grukli – Bleed and Fury
Bree – Powerful and Thorns

Scout: Bard for Eternal Lullaby/Tune Up/Song of Celerity on ALL characters. Anything that adds sharp is good currently and Ninja/Explorer can get you Fan of Knives.
Perks
All – Fast if you get Song of Celerity/Innate it.
Andrin – Sharp
Thuls – Stealth Sharp/Possible poison
Gustav – Sharp Insanity Fast
Sylvie – Sharp and Sight

Mages: Whatever element your mage of choice is and Scribe/Sorceror/Enchanter are good picks. Wizard gets you possible Flamestrikes and Dark Ritual isn’t a bad card to pickup for any deck. Cryomancer isn’t a bad build to go down either.
Perks
Evelyn – Ice and Burn Stacks if Icy, Otherwise whatever you drafted for
Cornelius – Burn Powerful Fire Damage
Wilbur – Shock and Powerful
Zek – Dark Possibly Chill/Burn

Priest: Justicar is a great choice for all healers in case of emergency/Divine Insight as well as anything with a Fanaticism. Ottis -really- loves Justicar and Holy Storms in my build and Malukah loves Heretic packs/Healing Rain while Nezglekt is happy with Mentalist packs for Pandemonium and he does well with Seer packs for Fortune Telling/Other skills with his level 3 Skill Upgrade.

Ottis and Reginald – Sanctify and Holy Damage or Shield and Vitality for defense Ottis
Malukah – Dark and Vitality always
Nezglekt – Insane/Sight/Possible Sanctify
