Written Guide:
First Method
Step 1: Go into a trade with a different account or a friend and put the items in the trade section that you want to duplicate.
Step 2: Initiate a duel.
Step 3: Unequip the items you want to duplicate and then drop them onto the floor.
Step 4: Lose the duel (you can just walk out the arena if you want) then return and pick up the items that you dropped. You should now both have the items
Second Method (Playstation & PC Only)
Step 1: Go to the main menu and go down to the Cross Save option. Then select the option to upload your character.
Step 2: Load into the game and go to your stash in sanctuary and then deposit the items your want to duplicate.
Step 3: Save quit the game to return to the main menu. Then go down to the cross save option again but this time download your character and overwrite it.
Step 4: Load back into the game, go to the stash again and you should have the items both in your stash as well as your inventory.
