(It’s taking forever to upload so I’ll post this as a teaser then combine the other parts to make a full vid)I’ve been wanting to do a full showcase of the game for a while. Some people asked for more Oblivion and I recently upgraded my pc so I can record 4k 60fps. I tried the 4k texture mod but I kept experiencing crashes so I just did vanilla with a wait time mod.

I did it in 4 sections. All Guilds, Main quest, Side quests (master trainers), Daedric Shrines. I do a side quest to get soul gems and the rest I mainly did as I went with a little clean up at the end. I missed one side quest that involves closing an oblivion gate because I forgot about it but I start and complete all the other ones. Some are not full completions but the main goal for me is to showcase as much of the game, as fast as I can, while on the hardest difficulty. I don’t for example collect all nirnroots.

The main strategy is to stay underleveled, spam spells to increase skill (I utilize the glitch where you cast spells while blocking to shorten animation time), conjure creatures to fight for you, turn invisible, and enchant items with speed. Some quests there’s killable essential characters and you can intentionally fail the quest to /”Complete/” it without a reward.

Still had a couple random crashes, the unofficial oblivion patch makes two master trainers essential for some reason so I can’t kill them. I messed up a daedric quest and then couldn’t find the lion pelt to restart it at the end which extends it a little.

As a category I think all guilds is a more fun way of speedrunning the game since it has a more concrete path and end, but there’s a lot of content in this game and it’s fun to go through it all.
