If you want a quick 9 star hero promotion used as a promotion material for 10 or 11 stars hero promotion. Then go for “easy to get 5 stars heroes”. Those heroes are usually can be promoted up to 9 stars only, such as karzan, titania, reaper. You only need (2) 5 Stars SAME Hero, so you can use your extra SAME Hero as a Same Element Hero Material.
