For 7 Stars Hero Promotion, you’ll need (4) 5 Stars Hero that has the same element with the Hero you want to be promoted for 7 Stars.
Crafting a (Violet) Royal Rune requires you to have 5 Blue Runes and to have a 1 Blue Rune, you need to have 5 Green Runes.
