Eternium ANB Silver 13: How to level up to 70 in 13 minutes with 450 gems

After my 3 minute speed-levelling got some negative comments for relying on gems and using dailies, including my favourite ‘TRASH VIDEO ALL FO GEMS’ comment, here is a very tight budget version of levelling in ANB! It doesn’t use daily quests except for the first two batches (finished yesterday’s quests, then received and finished today’s). The budget is less than 450 gems in total, including unlocks, with no additional boosters. It could be much faster with a 100%/200% xp booster, which are not expensive. Tbh the 3 minute video was also very cheap on gems – took less than 1000 gems in addition to the companion and ability upgrade slot, and I ended with more gems than I started.
