Here we have the Ice Cool Trophy / Achievement Guide for F1 2019, complete a clean race.

Go to solo, Grand Prix, F1 2019, set qualifier to in and the race length to 3 laps.

Drive very slowly in the qualifier, your aim is to start the race last on the grid, drive very conservatively during the race, this will increase your chances dramatically in completing a clean race, please not you don’t need to win for this trophy, just finish with no flags
