Guys it’s out !! we’re back with an anime recipe : how to make Erza’s favorite strawberry shortcake !!! THE iconic Fantasia cake with its soft vanilla cake layers, sweet whipped cream and delicious strawberries! Y’all this cake is no joke you have to try it, do yourself a favor it’s litterally so good both sweet and fruity with a hint of freshness from the cream. No wonder why japanese strawberry cakes have been requested so much and why they are such iconic anime food references.
Recette du gâteau à la fraise/fraisier d’Erza dans Fairy tail :
Ingrédients :
Fairy Cake: (pour 2 gâteaux de 17cm de diamètre)
– 6 œufs
– 120g de sucre
– 84g de farine
– 36g de maïzena
– 72g d’huile
– 120g de lait
– 1/2cc de sel
– 1cc de vanille
– 1cc de vinaigre blanc
Crème :
– 400ml de crème liquide 30% ou plus
– 200g de mascarpone
– 4-5cs de sucre glace
Fraises
Nappage ou confiture de fraise eau
Chocolat noir

– 6 eggs
– 120g sugar
– 84g flour
– 36g corn starch
– 72g canola oil
– 120g milk
– ½ tsp salt
– 1tsp vanilla extract
– 1tsp vinegar
Cream :
– 400ml heavy whipping cream
– 200g mascarpone cheese
– 4-5tbs powdered sugar
Strawberries
Glaze or strawberry jam water
Dark chocolate
