Steps:
1. Inherit Lineage onto a unit from Edelgard.
2. Advance a strong unit you want to equip with Emblem Byleth to get his skill for Experience gain.
3. Go to a paralogue at the level of the unit you want to train; if your skirmishes on world map are too high, the skirmish on Tiki’s divine paralogue will usually spawn at a low base level. If it’s not spawned, advance the date and time forward and walk to the world map or divine paralogue; the skirmishes will respawn.
4. Once in the skirmish, give Emblem Byleth and Emblem Marth to strong units who the enemy won’t target over your training unit, and give your training unit Emblem Tiki.
5. Clear out all the enemies except for 2 martial monks; this is to charge the engage meter after using Tiki’s Divine Blessing.
6. Use Divine Blessing next to the units with Marth and Byleth Emblems; this will turn it into Divine Blessing by being next to Marth, Byleth’s skill will increase the amount of xp you get, and so will the Lineage skill on your unit.
7. Once you use Divine Blessing your unit will equip Tiki’s weapon, so either make sure they’re out of range of the enemies for a turn, or make sure the enemies will attack your other units without weapons. Be careful not to accidentally clear the map or you’ll have to start over.
8. Next turn you can move your Tiki unit back into range and unequip the claws; when the unit de-transforms the martial monks will refill the meter in 2 turns.
9. Repeat this to your desired sp level; as the unit’s internal level increases they will get less and less sp and xp, so if you want to farm a lot of sp then keep them unprompted.
10. Your unit will also receive 15% to each stat growth while they have Tiki, so try to only have them level up while she’s equipped. I normally grind sp until I can inherit starsphere onto a unit, then my entire army has advanced growths without having to equip Tiki.
