UPDATE:
Getting students is not based on supports but on affinity points. But since affinity points are still used to affect supports, you can still use supports as a way to gauge things.

Some of the characters are not 15-20 stats.
Hilda for instance is 30 Charm/C in Axe (cannot recruit after chapter 12 for church route)
Sylvain is 25 Charm/C in Reason
Dorothea is 25 Charm/B in Authority
I will be updating the imgur images shortly to reflect these changes (when I get the chance to!).

Realistically your going to be spending time drowning your students in Tea showering them in a forest of flowers while you raise weapon proficiency . But with this video. I hope I can help you optimize your number playthroughs!
