There are 25 Cloaks to collect in Forspoken. This video showcases all of these Cloaks. The Cloaks come from completing open world objects, and then one of them is Crafted Using the Sewing Kit.

Cloaks is Forspoken act as a gear set. They will provide you with stat bonuses, as well as custom perks that you can put into them. No cloak if more powerful than another except for base stats, but all cloaks can be upgraded the same amount.
