2- Win the first battle
3- Sell all heroes except one hero or two (keep them)
4- Accept the interest rate
5- Buy hereos/ re-fresh
6- Buy artifacts
7- Go into the next battle
8- Accept the interest rate
9- Check the shop again
10- Sell/buy heroes & artifacts

It might take you a couple of times for rare heroes to show up. Buying a rare hero or artifact, increases the luck rate of something good to show when refreshing.
