*Update* Check your box early in the day, if it’s bad don’t pick it up, and check it again much later in the day. I checked around 7pm local time and the ball and potion boxes turned into rare candies and more on 2 out of 3 accounts!
It seems like you may have a good chance at getting awesome items from today’s (April 5th) Pokémon GO Daily Free Box! This account had 3 rare candies and 4 poffins! Another account also had 3 rare candies! This is the first time I’ve received a good box and it happened twice??? My last account only had Poke balls so YMMV.
Let me know if your box was good or not! I hope this is being rolled out to more players. Previously, it was limited to a small group of players.
