Since Dalaran was the Playerhub during the Time its not much of a Secret
The Note says /”It begins in the 2104059. With a most pleasing sign./”
The Numbers can be rearranged to 4152009 the Date the Raid Ulduar first opened
The Most pleasing Sign which is spoken of is the Symbol of a Cogwheel like the one on the Entrance to Mimirons Area in the Raid
Thats also the Symbol you recreate with the Green lights
The next note says 1000 years imprisoned Surely it weigh on the mind
The War of the Shifting Sands in which Ahnqiraj was closed is about 1000 years ago in Warcraft Lore Therefore AQ40 is the next goal
The next note says Deeper than deep awaits your Seat
Deepholm is the Deepes Zone in the Game far under ground
And even in this Zone we go deeper underground to the next place
The Seat which is spoken of is the Chair we find inside the Fissure

Racksum Greep is an NPC that has stealthily been added to the Game in the same Patch as the Lucid Nightmare A Goblin standing in Ratchet and he is wearing a Shadoweave Mask Here we get the Hint to get a Mask for ourselves
While wearing the Mask the Skull gives us the Hint
Where the shaded delegate may appear
This is a reference to the Raremob Dark Iron Ambassador who can spawn in Gnomeregan thats how people figured out to check there

The Numbers are in groups of 5 8 or 24 Symbols
The groups of 5 and 8 numbers only ever appear in pairs Simply add together the number of ones for each group of 8 number then add up the number of ones for its paired group of 5 Then multiply the two numbers
For example the first two sets of numbers are 01110111 and 00100 Adding the ones in the 8bit set yields 6 as there are six ones Doing the same to the 5bit set yields 1 as there is only a single one Multiplying the two values 6 and 1 gives us the number 6
You can repeat this process for the next 3 pairs of 8bit and 5bit numbers and you will obtain the numbers 12 14 and 7 At this point we have reached a string of 24 numbers or a 24bit value To extract the number needed from this value all we need to do is add up the ones In the case of the first 24bit number we encounter when we add up the ones we get the number 13
