I know I am missing Krobus, Leo, Kent, Sandy, and the Dwaf, but not really. You can gift Sandy, Krobus, and the Dwarf until very late at night or in the morning. Kent should be in the saloon Friday and Sunday night or in front of his house if its raining. Leo can be reached at night most days around 9ish near the totem. If not just walk up to the volcano. He’s usually walking home around that time.
If you’ve unlocked the CC and Ginger island, these should still work. Villagers come back at around 7 which is when you are finished with gifting everyone else, and People’s schedule’s don’t change too much otherwise with the CC. Maybe Lewis will be at the vault on Sundays, but he’ll come back home at night and his house is open until 10. You can also close the beach at Ginger Island the day before to make sure no one goes to the beach.
