Hakuoki: Edo Blossoms Toudou Heisuke Chapter 1-2

Heisuke Toudou is the youngest member of the Shinsengumi, despite being the captain of the 8th Division. He is know as an Edokko, meaning he is incredibly proud of his Edo heritage.
Heisuke’s amiable nature makes him popular in social situations, reflected in his love of attending festivals around the country.
However, he can be a little hot-headed in battle.
